About The Company:

The Job Role Details:

We are now looking to recruit an Aftersales Service and Warranty Coordinator for a leading agricultural machinery business. This exciting full-time role would suit someone who likes variety and wants to develop working within a highly successful and skilled service team providing outstanding levels of customer service.

This new role is to support the depot Parts & Service Mangers and ensuring their warranty input is precise and auditable along with the day to day actives.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

  • Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all activities related to your job.

  • Develop a full working knowledge of the service department computer system and keep up to date with enhancements as they become live.

  • Manage the Western territory warranty input making sure the jobs do not time out.

  • Travel between the branches to resolve warranty and general invoicing issues.

  • Warranty auditing at the assigned depot locations, ensuring parts are catalogued, labelled and the return procedure operates correctly.

  • Administer extended warranty for all brands.

  • Track claims and ensure the Service Manager is made aware of ongoing issues.

  • Daily invoicing of completed Retail, Warranty and Internal jobs, ensuring margins are maintained and the invoice is well presented.

  • Coordinate the telematics system to ensure service schedules are adhered to.

  • Work with management accounts to ensure coding issues are resolved.

  • Generate reports on a weekly / monthly basis as required by senior management.

  • Help resolve debt queries by calling customers and liaising with the accounts department.

  • H & S audit responsibilities, these include PPE, Vehicle Health Checks, Weekly Fire Checks, First aider and risk assessment coordination.

  • Answer incoming depot calls and where possible assist the depot Service Mangers in arranging the work flow.

  • Help to implement new technologies to improve workshop efficiency.

  • Administration of clock cards and holiday forms for assigned depots.

  • Support with general Parts administration and back-office paperwork.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…

  • Focussed on excellent customer relationships whilst ensuring the company policies and procedures are adhered to.

  • Strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of customer needs in line with an in-depth understanding of agricultural machinery would be helpful.

  • Training will be given on the systems associated with this job.

  • The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence, and be prepared to work some overtime during busy period to ensure our targets are met.

Essential Skills:

  • Customer service skills.

  • Admin experience.

  • IT literate.

  • Live within 25 miles of the depot.
