Location of the Job:
Office based - East Midlands.
Salary & Benefits Package:
A highly competitive rate of pay depending on experience: £25,000 - £35,000 per year.

Full-time, permanent position.
Hours of work are 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Monday to Friday.
Plus overtime when required by department rota.
About The Company:
A leading Agricultural and Farming Machinery dealer who have an opportunity for a full-time Parts Advisor within the Agricultural machinery parts department.
The Job Role Details:
As the successful candidate you will be involved in the sale, stock control and computer input of parts and goods for a wide range of premium brand machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Routine ordering of stock parts from various suppliers.
Booking out parts to customer accounts and jobs.
Work alongside the Engineers and sales staff to offer support on locating and supplying parts.
Use manufacturers systems to identify parts as and when requested.
Communicate with customers to achieve the customer's needs.
Maintain customer base.
Provide parts offer information to the marketing team.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Experience in a parts department (for vehicles, machinery, or similar).
A mechanical / technical / engineering knowledge.
A good understanding of farming.
Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
A full UK driving licence.
Essential Skills:
Agricultural Parts experience in a similar position.
