The Job Role Details:
This role will be to provide support to customers as well as help develop new areas of the software.
You will be working as part of a friendly and vibrant team in a fast-paced environment, with no two days the same.
You will be heavily involved in the ongoing development of the app as well as any new apps which may be released throughout your time within the business. This role will be based in our office in Norfolk.
You will be comfortable in a client facing role with strong communication skills, calling users of the app as well as potential clients and demonstrating the app both on site and through video call. It's important that you are able to organise your time well, pay attention to detail and reach deadlines on time.
You will also be involved in the marketing of the app, though creating adverts, social media posts and attending events.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Liaise and assist with current users of the app.
Demonstrate the app to clients both through video call, like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or face to face on site visits.
Test new functionality that is released on the app before it goes live.
Engage with new users and prospective users of the app through social media, magazines and site visits.
Research competitors and new market places.
General Admin duties.
Help test out new functionality on the app before being released to the market.
Attend shows as required.
Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) if applicable on processes developed within the team.
Make improvements to Standard Operating Procedures to improve streamlining processes and reducing expenditure.
Assist technical support when needed.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
An interest or understanding of Agriculture and/or farming machinery.
Experience in a client facing role.
Organised and efficient.
Comfortable liaising with users of the app, answering any questions they may have.
Proactive, enthusiastic and bubbly.
A positive 'can do' attitude.
Good levels of written and verbal English.
Good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Able to act with honesty, integrity and discretion.
A full UK driving licence and car.
Essential Skills:
Agriculture and/or farming experience.
IT literate.
Confident with talking to clients and customers.
