Location of the Job:

Hybrid role; home working 2 days - office working 3 days.
Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire.

Salary & Benefits Package:

The Job Role Details:
We have an exciting opportunity now available for an Agricultural Digital Marketing Specialist, to initially be part of a project team to launch a global portal, taking administrative, creative and content responsibility whilst coordinating with technical members of staff and sales network to write posts, create presentations, and produce digital videos for uploading. You will also be responsible for a range of digital and communication marketing and strategic coordination functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple campaigns in line with the overall business unit marketing strategies.

  • Build and maintain the delivery of local marketing campaigns particularly for the French, Italian, Spanish, Benelux, UK and Scandinavia markets.

  • Data management - monitor marketing data and ensuring date is in compliance with GDPR.

  • Agency coordination in building and maintaining media and subscriber database to send digital communications.

  • Write engaging content for various areas of the website including internal pages, latest news and case studies.

  • Coordinate with technical members of staff and sales network to write posts for the website and portal.

  • Coordinate digital video production including the content planning, editing and promoting.

  • Manage regional social media content and monitor their analytics.

  • Create a content plan suitable for the target audiences.

  • Assist in design workflows with the Marketing Manager through Adobe programmes such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Measure and analyse both website and event generated data.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a Marketing, Business or Communications discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years previous marketing experience of working within a similar B2B background.

  • Knowledge of Marketing Principles.

  • Previous experience with SEO and PPC campaigns.

  • Strong IT systems skills including the use of Adobe software (Photoshop and InDesign)

  • Ideally a second language would be desirable.

  • Self-motivated and able to work to high standards and tight deadlines.

  • Proactive planning ability.

  • Creative and adaptive problem-solving skills.

  • Be able to implement good change management strategies.

  • Excellent administrative/organisational skills.

Essential Skills:

  • Marketing experience in a similar position.

  • An interest in Agricultural Machinery.
