About The Company:

The Job Role Details:
This new role is to support the Agricultural Director with a multitude of business tasks, and manage the sales administration reporting back to both the Branch Manager and the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Manage the Sales Administration.
Machinery product order management.
Coordinate sales training.
Ensure finance companies have the correct details to process payments.
Assist the director with the following:
Pre show set-up.
Key report generation.
Invoice coding and loading.
Stocking plan management, working with the Finance Manager.
Profit and loss reports.
Be part of the Health and Safety Committee.
General PA/secretarial duties to support the Executive Director.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Similar experience in a recent role.
Within 30 minutes commute of the office.
Some relevant knowledge of the agricultural/farming sector.
IT literate.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
