OUTCO is seeking to hire snow plough contractors to perform snow clearance works for the upcoming winter season. We are looking for single operators or multi vehicle operators with various types of snow clearance equipment. If you are a farmer or contractor with ploughing equipment, we want to hear from you to help us deal with winter weather. Even if you do not have a snow plough but have access to one of the below listed machines, we may be able to supply you with all necessary equipment*. Training will be provided.
Suitable machines:
- Tractors
- Telehandlers
- Skid steers
- Backhoe and Loaders
- JCBs
- 4x4s
- Quads
Requirements for all operators:
- must carry necessary insurance levels
- must commit for the entire winter season
- must be willing to be on standby to help clear snow
- must be available to work overnight shifts
- must own a smart phone
- must have an email address
