About the Role…
Wallingford is our Head Office and one of the busiest depots in our group, with 14 engineers working from the branch. This admin role will therefore be demanding but also interesting, varied and hopefully extremely rewarding.
Service Administrator role responsibilities will include:
- Processing and allocating warranty credit notes
- Entering service reports onto the Agco system
- Typing warranty stories onto claims
- Entering time sheets
- Overseeing Customer Satisfaction Surveys
What we are looking for…
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has worked in an administration capacity for a car dealership, garage or service department. You will need to be an excellent communicator, be able to work well with the team of engineers, have a very good eye for detail and be very competent with typing, data entry and spreadsheets. A technical background would be useful but its more important that you have strong administration skills.
