Territory/Regional Sales Management at Timac Agro UK is a challenging, diverse and exciting position. You'll be challenged with the business development of a geographical area, to essentially build a business within a business.
The role will see the successful candidate build sales capability, distribution and ultimately a successful field sales team to work towards a successful business unit for the wider business.
With an entrepreneurial mind-set, your responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Create and maintain a strong relationship with our distributors
- To build and support a specialist team of Field Sales specialists across your area
- Working towards targets to increase regional revenue
Working with the guidance of their General Manager and supported by the expertise of our Product Managers, the aim for the RSM is to contribute to the overall performance of the Business Unit by achieving their own sales targets. The Regional Sales Managers are some of our strongest leaders in our business, motivating their respective teams to achieve their own personal and our wider goals whilst having the commercial acumen to successfully manage their region.
