Due to their continued development, internal promotion and desire to keep in front of competitors, they currently have a vacancy for a Regional Manager in South East to take responsibility for various grounds maintenance contracts valued IRO £8m.
As Regional Manager you will report directly to the Regional Director. You will be responsible for managing a large workforce carrying out a variety of grounds maintenance contracts for Local Authorities, MOD sites and corporate clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Managing and developing Area and Contract Managers
- Ensuring performance delivery on the ground and financial KPIs are achieved
- Ensuring a high level of H&S is achieved
We seek candidates who have proven experience at a similar management level within the commercial Grounds Maintenance sector. Candidates must have strong leadership and organisational skills combined with good technical knowledge, and are able to maintain a highly motivated work force. Strong commercial acumen is also essential in order to ensure that targets are met.
