Territory Sales Manager - East Anglia Region - Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer - £30K Basic + Fantastic OTE 

The Role:

The Territory Sales Manager will work as an important member of this successful Sales team to sell the company’s existing and future products directly to farmers and through a network of dealerships.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing leads, key account management and after-sales support in their assigned territory.

Role Responsibilities:

Principal areas of responsibility for the Territory Sales Manager include:

Growing the companies market share through sales to new and existing customers

Acquisition and effectively following up on new leads, development of existing prospects and closing the sale 

Delivery of sales targets within the assigned territory 

Machinery demonstrations, installations and after-sales support in the assigned region 

Dealer account management within the territory to ensure their effective performance 

Forging and maintaining successful business relationships with farmers and dealers through ongoing regular contact

Assistance with exhibitions and dealer events

Organisation of Farm Open Days, customer visits and crop walks  

Preparing and delivering presentations to farmers and trade partners 

Effective management of own diary

Customer visit and market trip reports 

Updating the database with details of customer visits and other forms of contact

Other administrative duties including written correspondence to key accounts and end users, own accommodation and flight bookings, etc. as dictated by the needs of the business  

Occasional travel and work outside the assigned territory, as dictated by the needs of the business 

Any other reasonable request, as requested by the line manager or the Board of Directors


£30K Basic Salary
