My client is looking for an individual with a passion for Agriculture to join their Aftersales team as Service Managers Assistant.
You will assist with the day-to- day control and smooth running of the service department.
You will carry out the checking of time sheets and job cards, ensuring that they are accurate for both parts and labour, prepared, and ready for invoicing.
Utilise the scheduling and planning tools, you will allocate work for the technicians based on their expertise and skill.
You must be customer-focused and fully committed to delivering the highest professional standards.
You will be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
Excellent communication skills are vital, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Flexibility to work weekends on a rotor is essential.
Good IT skills are also required along with a full UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role within the agricultural industry however those who have experience in a similar industry with transferable skills will also be considered.
