A leading UK Machinery Dealer in the North of England.
Ensuring customers receive excellent after sales service – resulting in excellent customer retention and repeat business for the parts department.
You will be responsible for the efficient day to day operation, profitability and development of the depot Parts Department.
Achieve a level of departmental profitability that meets company expectations.
Manage the depot parts inventory to meet company expectations.
Manage the parts team.
Deal with customers on a day-to-day basis - face to face, phone or email.
Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships.
Maintain and develop excellent relationships with customers and suppliers.
Maintain all records efficiently and effectively - including the preparation of invoices, service job cards, liaising with the Service Department and Sales Department and the Warranty Department for compliance purposes.
Maintain and coordinate Apprentice/Trainee development, training and progression.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the company’s Health and Safety policy.

Be commutable to the North East depot (or prepared to relocate to)
Hold a full UK driving licence.
Have experience in any industry but preferred industries – Agriculture, Plant Machinery, Commercial Vehicle.
Up to £30K basic salary plus bonus plus company vehicle, depending on experience.
