A leading Agricultural / Farming precision GPS equipment manufacturer.
You will be required to provide excellent customer support through the performance of on-site installation, remote telephone support, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of this specialist equipment and systems.
Provide customer support via field and 24/7 phone support, logging all information to the CRM Database.
Develop technical training manuals.
Ensure a safe and healthy training environment.
Problem solving, troubleshooting, reverse engineering and product failures.
Assist Technical Staff with installations.
Liaise with the Support Manager.
Deliver both internal and external training.
Attend Trade Shows - nationally and internationally.
Preform other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.
The Suitable Candidate Will:
Have a Degree in Engineering, Technology or Agricultural Sciences - or equivalent experience.
Have previous Agricultural or Farming work experience.
Provide excellent customer service.
Be commutable to Gloucestershire.
Have excellent communication, organisation and coordination skills.
Be IT Literate.
Have great problem solving skills.
Happy to travel Nationally and Internationally.
Language proficiency skills in French, Spanish, Italian or German as well as English would be an advantage - but is not essential.
c£25,000 depending on experience, plus many other benefits.
