The Role:
Due to continued growth and planned company expansion, Agricultural and Farming Jobs are looking to recruit an Advertising Sales Executive to add to our successful Sales team based at our offices in Bromsgrove.
This role requires a sales driven professional to focus on the selling of job adverts for our fantastic newly re built website which appears top on Google within our industry specific search terms! We are very well known in our industry which is certainly a fantastic selling tool and as well as our Recruitment / Headhunting division, we also offer cost effective job adverts to clients who wish to advertise their current job vacancies. This existing sales desk is certainly very warm due to existing success and already has a lot of sales activity, however to build on existing advertising sales we want a sales executive who is very happy to cold call for new business daily.

The ideal sales executive for us would be;
Someone who already has proven sales ability! This is a MUST please!
A candidate who is very happy calling new and warm leads to gain new business advertising sales.
A fantastic communicator who can maintain fantastic relationships with our current accounts and of course develop new client relationships.
Someone who is very happy to work from a warm, professional and busy office environment.
Someone who wants to develop their career with a forward-thinking company.
Someone who wants to have their career supported and happily attend training courses and events arranged by the company.
Someone who is money motivated and wants to earn very good money!
Someone who wants to work hard and play hard in life!
A professional individual who can easily work well alone and also be part of a team.
A hard working sales executive who wants to be rewarded for their hard work and is willing to give 100% effort!
You must be able to handle working in a demanding, fast paced industry and believe in quality and offering the best service possible!
You must be computer literate and easily be able to learn and use our impressive CRM database.
Being able to handle pressure in a busy sales environment is also a MUST.
You must be easily commutable to be based at our Bromsgrove Office.
You must be a focused individual and strive for success!
An enthusiastic, positive attitude is required!
