Van Driver – Zero Hours Contract (Hillington, Glasgow)
As part of the NMR Group of Companies, we require a Zero Hours Contract Van Driver based in Hillington, Glasgow. NMR Transport operate over 365 days per year. Nationally we have 5 transport hubs (Four Ashes, Glasgow, Swansea, Yeovil and Harrogate) through which we cover the majority of the UK.
Zero hour drivers normally work between 2 and 5 days per week on average, occasionally more depending on business requirements. Weekend working and late evening working is a feature of the job. Routes vary in length and time taken.
The function of the transport department is to collect milk samples from milk tanker depots and dairies, these samples are in trays in fridges located at the depots. We also collect other types of samples but from the same locations and we deliver consumables out to our field staff.

The Role:
Collecting milk samples from locations around the UK
Delivering the milk samples back to the Hillington Laboratory

Essential key skills:
Valid, in date clean driving license
Ability to cover national travel
