Land development professionals are looking for a Land Finder to join their friendly, successful and growing team. We bring together planning, architectural and development law expertise and between us we have many years of experience in land promotion and commercial/residential development.
The role will primarily involve working remotely and visiting sites. The successful candidate will be developing a network of contacts and sourcing land development opportunities. The role will be public facing and require meeting with land owners and land agents to discuss the potential promotion of their land and negotiation through to Heads of Terms for development. It is fast paced and so the candidate will need the ability to work under pressure and be part of a friendly team. The candidate will need to be able to maintain strong relationships with clients. This role would suit a driven individual who thrives to succeed, learn and develop within a strong team. Someone who is organised and has good time management skills to manage their schedule successfully. Previous land finding experience would be a benefit; however, we would be equally interested in candidates who are sales driven and have experience in agriculture sales such as farm machinery, animal feed etc. The role will take you all around the country. You will be based one day a week in North Yorkshire.
The Suitable Candidate Will:
A history of sales background with the leadership to deliver results.
Have strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and organised
Able to maintain client relationships
Confident in public facing role
Full UK driving licence
