Field Sales Account Manager - East of the UK - Agricultural Machinery Parts - Paying up to £39K Basic Salary + Commission

 
The Company:
A very well-known Agricultural Machinery Parts Supplier.

The Role:
You will be responsible for:
Managing all activity to maximise the profits in your sales territory.
Building a long-term relationship with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Good product and market knowledge.
Business mindset.
Selling via / to the dealer network.
Creating a solid yearly plan for your own territory.
Winning, keeping and growing customers in order to create and maintain a long term relationship with customers.
Identifying potential new business.
Manage existing accounts.

The suitable candidate will have:
A strong understanding of the Agricultural sector.
Experience selling parts or accessories.
A proven track record of your sales success.
Experience selling via and to the dealer network.
A degree in a commercial / technical area or equivalent.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
A willingness to travel.

The Package:
A highly competitive package is on offer to the successful candidate including a basic salary ranging from £36,000 - £38,000 per year depending on experience + commission, company car, phone, laptop, pension, healthcare and more.
