The job requires people who are good at reading plants, used to working with business owners and senior managers, and able to learn about their priorities. They will have to assess how far our systems might help those customers, and then to support them and their teams as they learn how to get the best from them.
Successful candidates will be able to play an active role in the further development of our systems and working methods.
We work with manufacturers in several countries and with local installers, each offering a range of specialist products and services to our mutual customers.
A track record in horticulture will be essential.
Foreign languages, appropriate sciences and engineering aptitudes will be greatly advantageous.
Candidates will be required to work from Buckingham. Travel will be essential.
