The Role

As an engaging and independent field sales professional, you will utilise your skills, knowledge and experience in the world of Agriculture and Farming, to implement unique sales strategies and attract new clients. With the ability to form long last relationships, you will continually source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. Alongside travel and building an extensive network, you will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and managing sales of products and services. 

We will provide you with all the necessary sales tools, ongoing training and support to provide the basis for growing a profitable customer network in your area.

About You

  • Able to demonstrate broad understanding and knowledge of Farming / Agriculture / Agronomy/ Animal Husbandry

  • Able to demonstrate aptitude for sales 

  • Excellent communicator who enjoys meeting new people 

  • Resilient with a positive attitude and able to work independently 

  • Interest in innovative approaches to farming

  • You must hold a clean, valid UK Driving License

  • Able to travel regularly within your locality. You may be required at times to visit our Head Office or other parts of the UK for mandatory training.
