She is loyal, open, and honest, and believes those values sit at the heart of every successful partnership. Family is such a big part of who she is, and that same sense of care and commitment shapes the way she works — with integrity, empathy, and dedication. Spending time with her children and grandchildren is what her weekends are mostly about.
Outside of work, Donna is passionate about cooking and travelling — especially exploring new cultures and cuisines. She loves the creativity of cooking and the way it brings people together around good food. Much like recruitment, it’s about connection, trust, and creating something meaningful.
Donna also enjoys returning home to Cardiff whenever she can. She feels very privileged to be able to spend time in Wales and appreciate the beauty of such a special place.
