Originally starting his career in sales within the manufacturing and waste management sectors, he transitioned into recruitment, where he previously specialised in placing professionals within the professional services and management sector of facilities management. This background has given him a well-rounded commercial perspective and a strong understanding of both client and candidate needs.
Charles is passionate about building meaningful personal and professional relationships with both candidates and clients. He believes in a quality-over-quantity approach, ensuring that every placement is the right fit for both the individual and the organisation.
Outside of work, Charles is a dedicated family man, sharing life with his partner Amy and their two young children, Leo and Ella. He has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring National Trust sites across the UK. A committed sports enthusiast, he runs an amateur football team and is currently rediscovering his love for golf.
