Kate is a highly experienced business woman with an award winning successful recruitment background. She has successfully managed sales teams and has solid experience specifically within all areas of recruitment for the Agricultural, Farming, Fresh Produce, Horticultural and Rural sectors.
Kate was born and has always lived in rural Worcestershire, close to her family. Kate loves country life and lives with her wife and daughter in a semi rural village close to Bromsgrove. She is a big animal lover and enjoys countryside walks with her wife, daughter and 3 dogs; Bella, Millie and Maxwell. Kate also enjoys spending quality family time at her holiday home in Southern Cornwall where she loves to recharge her batteries with a coastal family walk on the beach. Kate loves taking her daughter swimming, pottering at home doing home improvements from the hundreds of ideas that she gets from Pinterest! Kate also loves cooking loads of yummy food for her family and getting stuck into a Netflix drama - when the time allows of course or when her daughter's sleeping. Kate loves exploring new and different countries abroad with her family - ideally somewhere hot! Her favourite places visited are The Maldives and various Greek Islands.
