Location of the Job:
Devon - South West of England.
The first 26 weeks of the role will be predominantly office based with potential for flexible working arrangements in the future.

Reporting directly to the Manager, this exciting & wide-ranging role will enable you to develop a career within a market leading agricultural machinery parts business.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Take ownership of the accessories portfolio to maintain & grow the portfolio.
Assist in gathering data from market research to inform recommendations for portfolio growth, maintenance & new introductions.
Support projects to deliver company goals and to understand technical specifications, compliances requirements, forecasts, target costs & pricing to support profitable portfolio growth.
Help create & deliver technical & marketing information for use in promotional activities that support customer decision making, company website & other promotional activities to grow sales.
Clear understanding of product life-cycle & how to apply this to critically evaluate & maintain the portfolios.
Develop a broad & deep understanding of the accessories portfolio & customer needs to support portfolio growth.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Knowledge of the Agricultural sector, customer needs & market trends.
Experience within whole goods & parts businesses.
Understanding of importance of customer satisfaction.
Willingness to learn Company systems & procedures.
B2B experience, ideally within commercial & retail environment.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
Desirable Skills:
Background in retail, business degree or equivalent experience.
Degree in an Agricultural discipline or equivalent experience.
An engineering or parts service background.
Essential Skills:
Experience in Ag, Land based or Auto industries (parts or retail experience).
Commercial experience as a customer/user within these industries.
