ARABLE OPERATOR - Kent
We have a great opportunity for an arable operator to join our large and friendly team. The successful candidate will be involved with all of our operations on the 2000 acre Morghew Park Estate in Tenterden, Kent.
On the Estate we run an intensive arable business which we are expanding and diversifying year on year. Currently our main focuses are the online sales of our potatoes as well as the production of stoneground flour and cold pressed rapeseed oil. We also have a firewood business and a shoot on the Estate - all of which is why we need a large flexible team.
The successful applicant will have:
Competency with arable machinery and workshop skills
PA1, 2 and 4
Experience with a self-propelled sprayer and telehandler
We will also consider applications from those who can see themselves growing into this role over time and who will respond well to appropriate training.
