Group Aftersales Manager - Service & Parts

Location of the Job: South of England - Hampshire.

The Company: Is a main dealer of Agricultural and Farming Machinery.

The Industry: Agricultural Machinery, Farm Machinery, Agricultural Equipment, Farm Equipment, Tractors, Combines, Telehandlers.

The Job Role Details:

This exciting new hands-on role would ideally suit a Parts or Service Manager wanting to take their career to the next level. You must have a proven record of Parts or Service Management with a can-do attitude and able to lead from example.

Key Responsibilities:
You will:

  • Report directly to the Company Directors.

  • Manage the Parts and Service budgets and operate within a financial framework and specific KPI's.

  • Continually develop customer satisfaction.

  • Look after the aftersales marketing - new and existing customers.

  • Monitor and co-ordinate the Technician's training and development.

  • Staff management, recruitment, motivation and morale, together with developing a strong inter-departmental cooperation.

  • Monitor the warranty performance using the company database.

  • Health and Safety - ensure all staff understand and adhere to the company Health and Safety policy and risk assessments.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be:

  • Strong inter-personal skills - able to communicate at all levels.

  • Strong Agricultural and technical background.

  • Experience working in an Agricultural Machinery dealership recently.

  • Excellent IT skills especially with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.

  • Goal / target orientated.

  • Highly motivated to succeed.

  • Knowledge of Ibcos Gold would be an advantage - but is not essential.

Salary Package: A basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per year depending on experience.
