Agricultural Service Technician - Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer
Location of the Job: North East, Yorkshire.
The Company: Is a niche and specialist manufacturer of agricultural and farm machinery.
The Industry: Farm machinery, Agricultural Machinery, Vegetable Machinery.
The Job Role Details:
Due to an increased workload and a change of location, the team are currently seeking to expand their team and hire a new experienced Agricultural Service Technician.
This rewarding position would ideally suit a technician wishing to progress their career within the retail division of a market leading machinery manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
Advanced in field machine diagnostics and seasonal repair of both Self Propelled and Trailed equipment.
Routine machine servicing.
Delivering customer expectations in line with department targets.
Mentoring of apprentice technicians inside the workshop environment.
Completion of appraisal work in a timely and profitable manner.
Machine PDI and Re-specification to both new and used equipment.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be:
Industry experience and knowledge of machine hydraulic / electric diagnostics.
Excellent communication skills.
Full UK driving license.
Ability to work as part of a flexible team delivering industry leading support.
Additional Information: This is a permanent full-time role.
Salary Package: A basic hourly pay rate of £11.50 - £16.50 depending on experience.
