Agricultural Environmentalist
Location: Lincolnshire / Norfolk / Suffolk

Purpose of the Job:
This fantastic role will be supporting the Managing Director and will involve the day-to-day development of the companies agency varieties through agronomic advise for best practice, the production of technical data and providing continued grower support.
The Agricultural Environmentalist must have a passion for low input farming and understand the core values surrounding regenerative practices, with a desire to reduce grower inputs, helping their clients achieve a sustainable bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and analyse soil sample reports and begin to develop a regenerative approach to improving soil health across the farm based on the company’s core principles of regenerative agriculture and the clients bespoke requirements.
The company believes in quality over quantity, developing long term relationships with clients through integrity is an absolute must.
Consult and advise on soil health.

Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have a passion for low input farming and understand the core values surrounding regenerative practices.

  • Must be environmentally conscious.

  • Must be FACTS and BASIS qualified.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.

  • A strong knowledge and understanding of soil health.

  • 3 years minimum experience in the industry.

  • Experience in animal nutrition is beneficial.

  • Seeking a long-term opportunity with the desire to progress.

The Package:
£30K – £40K dependent upon experience.
Mobile, laptop, car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 1 additional day for every 1 year worked up to 5 years, bonus scheme.
