Job role details:

We are recruiting to expand our Arable Sales Team across core regions of our trading area. Our Agronomists are prominent, committed professionals in the farming community, who offer practical and strategic advice on all aspects of crop production. In the role, you will be responsible for the management of long-term customer relationships, whilst identifying and fulfilling new sales opportunities. You will offer technical guidance and a portfolio of products relating to arable and forage crop management. You will be required to provide agrochemical recommendations, fertiliser and nutrient management planning, variety selection covering a range of crop species and broad spectrum agronomy advice.

Purpose of role:

To professionally represent Wynnstay, whilst developing and maximising the financial contribution of arable products and services throughout the trading area and your given territory, working closely with other sales, depot and other specialist colleagues to effectively and profitably develop field sales activity.
