Area Product Support Manager

Location of the Job: East Anglia: Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire, South Lincolnshire and Essex.

The Company is a specialist manufacturer of agricultural machinery and equipment.

The Industry: Farm Machinery, Agricultural Machinery, Harvesting Machinery, Farm Equipment, Agricultural Equipment.

Due to continued growth and success this specialist agricultural machinery manufacturer are expanding the team.

Key Responsibilities:
You will:

Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you - as the Area Product Support Manager will be responsible for working with the dealer network to support all machines within your recognised area.

Working autonomously, you will handle all dealer and customer technical queries to the highest standard ensuring a top level of customer support in all aspects of after sales service.

Working with the dealers you will look to develop the dealer after sales strategy and advise dealers of training and parts requirements with plans to make our dealers be leaders in after sales support.

You will work closely with the Territory Sales Manager to provide a unified support to the dealer network.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be:

  • Experience of agricultural machinery and equipment.

  • Technical experience in a similar role.

  • Experience working for a farm machinery dealer or manufacturer.

  • Excellent communications skills.

  • Happy to travel throughout your territory.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent full-time position.

  • Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.

  • Some overtime will be required during busy seasonal periods.

Salary Package: A basic salary in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 per year depending on experience.

Plus Benefits: Company bonus scheme, with a realistic OTE of £50,000, plus fully expensed company pick-up truck, mobile phone, laptop, company pension scheme and more.
