Area Sales Representative – Agricultural Machinery
Location of the Job: Scotland – Dundee & Fife.
The Company: Our client is a well-established Agricultural Machinery dealership.
The Industry: Agricultural Machinery, Farm Machinery, Tractors, Balers, Spreaders, Ploughs and associated products.
The Job Role Details:
Our client is looking to welcome an industry experienced and knowledgeable Agricultural Sales Advisor to develop the machinery sales within this designated sales territory.
The two roles / area sales territories available are:
Deeside Aberdeen – covering from Aberdeen south to Montrose.
Fife – covering from Crieff to Alloa and including all of Fife.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
Travel to clients in remote areas and aim to sell Agricultural Machinery including tractors, balers, spreaders, ploughs and associated products directly to farmers.
Carry out product demonstrations.
Build key relationships with the surrounding farmers within your sales territory.
Understand and have a genuine passion in the farming world.
Drive new and existing sales forward.
Attend exhibitions and shows to represent the company and product brands.
Continually update your knowledge of the products available.
Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be:
Excellent agricultural or farming industry knowledge.
Proven sales success in a similar role.
Live within or as local to the sales territory as possible.
Be enthusiastic and passionate about the products you are selling.
Additional Information:
This is a permanent full-time position.

A basic salary in the range of £20,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experience.
