Area Sales – Turfcare Equipment (South East)

​Reesink UK is the exclusive distributor in the UK and Ireland for the world leading range of Toro professional turf maintenance equipment and irrigation systems. Our blend of product offering is well suited to a diverse range of customers in the sectors of golf, sports and grounds maintenance sectors including landscape contractors and local authorities.

The Role;

We are currently looking to recruit in Area Sales, ideally based and living in the Surrey region to sell our turf maintenance equipment brands specifically to end user customers within the Golf club, sports and amenity sectors.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales & negotiation, including business to business sales experience, strong presentation skills and extensive experience with professional turf machinery or aligned products, as this is a technically based role which includes hands-on demonstrations. The candidate must have proven experience of working within a target-based sales role, utilising both face to face and remote communication to support sales prospects and customer service. Must have previous experience working with CRM systems to maintain and manage customer accounts. Full product and ongoing sales training will be provided. Candidate’s should have a ‘can do’ attitude towards work, focused on acting in the best interests of the Company at all times.

We seek a highly motivated professional able to work on their own initiative, but also to work effectively within and enjoy being part of a team. You will need to display good oral and written communication skills, IT literacy, good record keeping and experience with contact reporting software. You must be able to create and maintain strong working relationships at all levels and have or develop a strong understanding of financial products relevant to the market.

This position carries a basic salary with additional commission & bonus opportunities and a benefits package including a company vehicle, a driving licence to support use of a trailer is required (category BE).
