The Job Role Details:

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to lead a retail sales team to assist with driving growth, the highest level of customer service, administration and support?

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for bringing energy and enthusiasm to the transformation of the retail sales site as you will be driving change, improving processes and take the organisation forward on its growth journey.

The Branch Sales Manager will oversee all daily operations, driving growth across the territory, ensuring a best-in-class service is delivered to the customer and generating a culture of high performance and accountability at all levels.

You will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating your team to deliver and achieve the business plans and objectives of the centre, develop strategic plans and ensure all processes are in place to run a successful Sales Centre.

As our Branch Sales Manager you will be based across at our Sales Centre covering North Wales, Mid Wales and North West of England. You will also need to be able to attend and work at any of the five advanced Manufacturing Sites in North Wales - as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

  • Ensure that the sales centre and branch targets and business objectives are achieved.

  • Identify sales strategy to increase sales revenues within the team, to devise and implement sales plans.

  • First line management, set challenging but achievable targets.

  • Support the Sales Team in daily operations including customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building and closing and ensuring stock is kept to agreed optimal levels.

  • Coach and develop the team to ensure best practice in operations and performance, to include all products and up selling opportunities.

  • Evaluate training and development needs for the team through monitoring, to improve quality, minimise errors, improve performance, customer service and efficiency of all areas of responsibility.

  • Regularly monitor business performance.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and take action for deviations.

  • Prepare performance reports and deliver KPI's to the senior management team by collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends.

  • Determine operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews and cost/benefit analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and health and safety, and business standards.

  • Employment and direction of all media and advertising mediums to promote and ensure the success of the sales centre.

  • Accountable for the sales centre as a business unit, as well as ensuring the overall security of the premises and stock.

  • Support with the day-to-day activities at the centre, including attending local and national shows, dealing with customers from different industries.
