Calf Rearer
Location of the Job:
Somerset.
Salary & Benefits Package:
Paying a basic salary of £30,000 depending on experience.
Additional Information:
This is a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
Rearing calves alongside the team.
Responsible for Calf rearing:
Rearing cattle.
Livestock duties.
Bedding up.
Tagging and passport applications.
Disbudding as required.
Organising bull calf sales with calf buyers and the office.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Some exposure to livestock farming.
Experience with looking after calves.
Living within 30 miles of the farm or willing to relocate for the role.
