​Customer Account Manager – South West England

As part of the NMR Group of Companies, we require a Full Time Customer Accounts Manager (CAM) based in South West England to be responsible for business expansion and profitable promotion of NMR Group products and services within the area through the delivery of customer or non-customer visits. You will also be required to manage the relationships with customers to ensure a strong rapport. The Customer Account Manager will need to ensure a high quality of service is delivered and there is ongoing business development. Team working with the rest of the Field Team will be vital for the continued success of the area.

This role will be home based.

Essential Key Skills:

-A graduate, HND or equivalent in agriculture or allied discipline or relevant commercial experience

-Practical farming experience and knowledge of the dairy industry

-Good time management and communication skills

-Ability to work in a flexible manner, adapting to new situations

-Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic attitude

-Valid current driving license

-Ability to work effectively within a team and add value

-Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in work produced

-Fully PC literate

-Proactive and personable with drive and passion

-To be located within the area

Key Responsibilities:

-To be responsible for the retention and development of NMR Group Services to the designated customers and non-customers in the area with a key focus on increasing spend

-To manage all customer facing issues apart from recording service delivery on an ongoing basis

-To maintain accurate and timely records of customer and non-customer contact on Customer Relationship system

-To ensure the NMR profile is raised in whatever way is achievable and cost effective to the NMR Group

-To be responsible for building key industry partner links in the area to gain new business

-To maintain effective knowledge of NMR products and services on a day to day basis

-To undertake the organisation of farm walks, workshops and various events that NMR offer its customers

-To represent NMR professionally at third party events in the area

-To assist the Field Business Manager as and when required to ensure service delivery is maintained

-To undertake various projects as and when required

-To cover a wide area of farms on an appointment and drop-in basis which will involve extensive driving
