Customer Service - Agricultural
Location of the Job: Chester
The Company: Our client is a growing organisation within the Financial Services sector providing bespoke products and services.
The Job Role Details:
Handle and resolve customer queries in a timely manner and to a high standard.
- Email and Telephone communications
Strong communication skills
- Escalations
Processing outbound payments
collection of late payments
Building relationships with existing and new distributors
Understanding new campaigns
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous customer services experience
- Agricultural knowledge/experience
- Knowledge of policies within the Financial services sector (desirable)
- Previous experience within a Financial services environment (desirable)
Additional Information: This is a permanent, full-time position.
Salary Package: A basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per year depending on experience.
