• Do you have a knowledge and understanding of Agricultural / Farming machinery?
• Are you experienced in servicing and repairing machinery and equipment?
• Do you have experience in a Workshop Manager, Supervisor or Foreman role?

Due to continued expansion of Rundle and Co Agri and internal restructuring of the company there is a position available at our Launceston depot for a Service Manager.

The Role:
As Depot Service Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day control and management of the workshop and service operation.

Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers / apprentices.
• Liaise with customers, plan workloads, allocate tasks & monitor progress of workshop activities.
• Collaborate with the group service manager, parts manager and sales team to provide efficient service delivery.
• Focus on achieving targets and maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements:
• Experience in people management.
• Knowledge of agricultural & engineering.
• Excellent organisational and computer skills.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.

• This is a permanent full-time position.
