Who we are:
The Camphill Village Trust is a registered charity formed of ten communities and services in England offering opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other additional needs to live, learn and work with others of all abilities in an environment of mutual care and respect.
The Social Farm provides opportunities for the people supported to take responsibility for looking after the farm, growing produce for themselves, the onsite café and wider community.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and reliable individual to work alongside our Estate Team and volunteers to cultivate the Social Farm, polytunnels and greenhouse where people attend for day opportunities.
We need people who are good at listening, love to learn and who are flexible. You will have a positive and sensitive approach to supporting people with activities and enjoy helping people learn and explore new things.
You will also be required to support in the other Day Opportunities workshops, such as Textiles Studio, Pottery, Café/Bakery when required.
