Farm Manager
Location: Northern Poland
The Company: 1,000ha farm including 200ha of high-grade seed potatoes. Newly established company that are part of a larger established group of international companies. They are a well-respected and highly reputable farming business who can offer exciting progression opportunities to the successful candidate.

Role Responsibilities:
Managing and motivating a team.
Overseeing operations and production of seed potatoes.
Preparation of sowing plans.
Modern farm machinery operation.
Quality control.
Preparation of a plant fertilisation and protection programme.
Organisation of own workload and organising the work of employees.
Preparation of the farm budget and responsibility for its implementation.
Preparing development plans for the farm, optimising revenues and costs.
Contribution to building the company's strategy.
Independence in decision-making within accepted plans and budgets.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience in a managerial position.
Agricultural or relevant degree.
People management skills.
Practical knowledge of cereal and rapeseed cultivation.
Knowledge of potato production.
Practical knowledge of fertilisation and use of plant protection products.
Open, communicative, motivated with the ability to motivate others, practical approach with excellent attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Cat B driver's license.
English and Polish speaking.
Keenness for further development.
