Field Sales Account Manager
Location of the Job: Wiltshire, Oxon, Berkshire and Gloucestershire.
The Company: Our client is a leading Agricultural Machinery Parts Supplier.
The Industry: Agricultural Parts, Agricultural Consumables, Machinery Parts, Agricultural supplies.
The Job role details:
You will be responsible for;
Managing all activity to maximise the profits in your sales territory.
Building a long-term relationship with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Having good product and market knowledge.
Having a positive and successful business mind-set.
Selling via / to the dealer network.
Creating a solid yearly plan for your own territory.
Winning, keeping and growing customers in order to create and maintain a long term relationship with customers.
Identifying potential new business.
Managing existing accounts.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
You will have;
A strong understanding of the Agricultural sector.
Experience selling parts or accessories.
A proven track record of your sales success.
Experience selling via and to the dealer network.
A degree in a commercial / technical area or equivalent.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
A willingness to travel.
Salary Package: The role will have a basic salary of £44,000 per annum (bonus scheme of up to £12,000 per year) plus incremental pay increases and profit sharing bonuses from year two.
Plus Benefits: Company car or a car allowance of £6,000 per year, 25 days holiday, iPad, laptop , mobile, fuel card, company credit card and pension scheme.
