​Group Marketing Co-Ordinator (Maternity Cover)

Introduction

We are currently seeking a maternity leave replacement for a period of 6-12 months starting 5th January 2022 for the position of Group Marketing Coordinator. This full-time position is based in the Ellesmere, Shropshire office and will report to the Group Marketing Manager.

Responsibility

We are looking for someone to ensure the continuity of the work of a Group Marketing Coordinator during her maternity leave. The work involves leading elements of global campaigns and project work. In addition to working on many tasks, organising timing plans of projects and campaign materials, and juggling them to work as efficiently as possible. You’ll be part of our Group Marketing team, focusing on developing the Fullwood Packo brand globally. Fullwood Packo recently underwent a huge re-brand and are currently building a foundation for the future. We want someone who can fully get on board with the brand during this period.

Tasks

The Group Marketing Coordinator proactively initiates, executes, develops and evaluates in good cooperation with relevant employees, peers and Group MD timely the following tasks:

Leading (Expert Function)

• Deliver and take a supporting lead on the creation and execution of Global Marketing campaigns

• Support and in some cases lead on marketing communications projects from brief to analysis

• Assist in managing brand consistency on a global scale

• Owner of the departmental timings plans with an awareness of present and future timings

• Support with organising of Global exhibitions, events and conferences

• Source and manage the translation of marketing materials where appropriate

• Liaising with external suppliers and agencies on various marketing communications from initial brief creation

• Quality controller of all marketing materials in the form of proofing every document that leaves the department.

Supporting (Support Function)

• Content creation across print (PR) and a digital context (website, newsletters)

• Support in the creative development of promotional materials across the Group

• Assist dealers and be pro-active with supporting marketing material requests in both a print and digital context

• Issuing group wide communications using platforms such as Mail Chimp

• Support and in some cases manage internal projects from proposal to completion

• Manages any third parties (photographers etc.)

Background & Experience

Essential

• Will have a degree in marketing, business or related subject at 2:1 level or above

• Experience in a marketing communications role, in coordinating and executing marketing plans

Desirable

• Experience in dealing with dealer networks

• Agricultural interest

• An understanding of Microsoft Office and communication technologies such as Mail Chimp.

Specific remarks

Specific remarks concerning the job of the Group Marketing Executive are:

• The Group Marketing Executive reports into the Group Marketing Manager

• The Group Marketing Executive must have a good understanding of the principles of marketing from an appreciation for top-level strategy to tactical promotion.
