Group Parts Manager
Location of the Job: South West - Devon / Cornwall / Dorset / Somerset.
The Company: Is a specialist provider of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment.
The Industry: Agricultural Machinery, Farm Machinery, Grounds Maintenance Machinery, Ground Care Machinery, Groundcare Equipment, Horticultural Machinery, Horticultural Equipment, Turf Machinery, Turf Equipment, Tractors.
The Job Role Details: You will be responsible for running the Parts Departments for this Agricultural and Groundcare Machinery business, covering multiple sites and reporting to the Group Product Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
Be responsible for leading the Parts team - coaching and development.
Working alongside the Procurement Team Leader.
Proactively develop, manage and grow the parts department.
Authorise customer discounts.
Be responsible for monthly KPI's for the parts department.
Achieve and exceed the parts targets monthly and annually.
Ensure accurate resources are available to develop the parts department.
Continually identify new areas of growth within the parts department.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be:
Excellent experience and knowledge of agricultural and grounds maintenance equipment.
Great accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiar with Agricultural, Farming, Garden Machinery or very similar products.
IT literate and able to use basic systems and programmes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Able to work extended hours and weekends throughout seasonal or busy periods.
Additional Information: This is a permanent full-time position.
Salary Package: A basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per year depending on experience.
