Bettws Hall is seeking a dynamic individual to join our established Sales team, working with our Sales Director Richard Crofts, at our Head Office in Mid-Wales.
Job Brief
• Responsible for the performance of the Stock Team
• Experienced team manager
• Responsible for successful retention of all Stock Clients
• Generating new sales and increasing existing stock sales
• Managing all delivery logistics, imports & exports
• Managing the ordering process and accounts for the department
• Successful marketing campaign implementation and execution
• Natural problem solver
• Customer Care-making sure Bettws Hall is exceeding customer expectation
• Developing the team and moving the business forward
If this sounds like you we can offer:
Salary-£40K-£60K per annum and a performance based bonus scheme –dependent on applicant
Full time position– 42 hours may be required to work outside of these hours due to the nature of the role
