Leek Harvest Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all leek harvest and planting operations.
Strategic planning of harvests.
Harvest the leeks with two tracked rigs.
Take pride in equipment and maintenance of machinery.
Maintain quality standards.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years vegetable farming experience.
Agricultural degree.
Fully familiar with Health and Safety practices.
Experienced with managing people.
Numerate and computer literate.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Responsible for an operation that is Audit ready on any day of the year.
