We are eagerly seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to support the continuation of building our strong brand within the market and to help drive sales through strong marketing presence.

The Role:

The Marketing & Events Executive will have ownership for creating, developing, and delivering marketing plans and activities to drive how we engage our candidates, clients, and future employees, and continue to set ourselves apart as an expert in our field - specialist recruitment business.

This is a key role for the business that will help how we grow within our specialist and identified niche markets.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all marketing activities and campaigns to both clients and candidates, ensuring delivery of all marketing campaigns in accordance with marketing calendars and targets

  • Evaluate, measure, report, and feedback on all marketing results.

  • Maintaining brand guidelines across all social media and website channels.

  • Devise and create marketing collateral for campaigns, monthly & quarterly newsletters, surveys, and direct mail campaigns.

  • Sending e-shots via email marketing software and managing reports and responses.

  • Managing company social media channels, creating regular content delivery by utilising scheduling tools.

  • Working with team leaders and consultants to create monthly desk marketing plans to use across their own individual channels to help support their personal employee brands as well as company brand.

  • Content Management of company website including page creation, optimisation, and user experience across platforms.

  • Managing and reporting for search engine optimisation, including keyword research, meta, competitor analysis and conversion.

  • Supporting the management team with production of content for internal and external communication.

  • Managing contra deals for company exhibitions and events.

  • Liaising with industry contacts to help support brand awareness.

  • Always be looking for marketing opportunities for the business to help create further awareness.

  • Writing weekly and monthly Blogs for the company website on relevant exciting topics.

  • Design 'Jobverts' for the consultant's jobs - by using video and graphic images.

  • Bring your creative ideas to us!

Salary, Package & Benefits:

£23K - £25K Basic Salary - Depending upon experience.

Future progression opportunity to progress with support and training.
