We’re looking for a new Team member! A role has arisen in the form of a Marketing Executive here at Oakfields. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the Oakfields brand and maximize all our marketing opportunities. We want to give you the creative license to develop our brand, grow our following, and ensure we’re market leaders when it comes to promoting our product offering. You’ll be tasked with attracting traffic to our website and growing our social media following, whilst ensuring that traffic can be turned into leads and customers!
The main responsibilities of this role are;
•Product photography/videography
•Content creation for social media;
Facebook (>9500 followers)
Instagram (>1600 followers)
•Ensuring that our website resonates with our customers to good effect
•Analysing web traffic and marketing spend
•Collaborating with 3rd party advertising sites and managing contracts
•Helping us achieve the best ROI from our marketing budget!
Skills/experience which would be beneficial to us are;
•Photography & videography skills
•Social Media, Digital/Print Marketing experience
•Good IT skills, Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite
•Agricultural experience beneficial, but by no means essential

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, with bonus.
