The Job Role details: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for this specialist dairy company. In particular, developing the digital marketing strategy for the company products and brands in the UK and their Global market.
Create, plan, and execute a creative marketing strategy for a best in class technology aimed at the global dairy industry.
Create and deliver the Marketing budget.
Plan and manage content calendar to incorporate leadership, blogs, case studies, videos and potentially podcasts.
Design and create a wide range of different marketing materials both in digital and print format.
Create content and product marketing materials specific to the dairy industry.
Focus on the quality assurance and ensure consistency over the quality of copy, imagery, and all content.
Attend trade-shows and events, on-site and remotely.
Take ownership of the digital marketing activity across all channels.
Take lead on the creation of social media campaigns, including delivery and analytics (paid and organic).
Monitor Social Media accounts - including responding to comments and queries.
Build and manage relationships with target influencers/ambassadors.
Manage and contribute to key components of the execution of thought leadership, content creation, SEO, PPC, Social Media, events, and automation.
Run effective email campaigns.
Manage the content of the company website, including the creation of landing pages.
Create keyword strategies for SEO and auditing website to improve rankings.
Manage and analyse campaign performance via Google Analytics.
Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs.
Work with Partners and distributors to provide content and individual Marketing strategies.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Keep up to date Market analysis of competition, working in conjunction with the sales team.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
You will have / be;
A Marketing Degree of equivalent.
3 years or more of Marketing work experience.
Good knowledge of Agriculture, the Dairy Industry and selling to Dairy Farmers would be advantageous.
A confident, goal-oriented and driven person.
Excellent IT skills within Microsoft Office.
A good understanding of analytics; ability to design tests and interrogate results.
Digitally experienced – email marketing, content, social marketing, Google Analytics.
Experience with different marketing software's, including automation packages, CRMs, Creative Cloud (or similar)
Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Some travel will be required both Nationally and Internationally.
Spanish language speaking skills would be an advantage.
A Driving Licence is required.
Salary Package: A basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year is on offer to the successful candidate, depending on experience.
