National Sales Executive
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus, Company Vehicle, Expenses, 28 Days holiday inc BH, Laptop, Phone
Location of the Job: On the road / UK Territory / Remote Working

The Job role details:
You will be responsible for;
- On the road sales meetings with Farmers, Contractors and Distributors
- Organising the commercial strategy
- Managing all activity to maximise the profits.
- Building a long-term relationship with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Having good product and market knowledge.
- Having a positive and successful business mind-set.
- Selling directly to Farmers
- Technically advising customers on the use of products
- Promoting our range of products to customers and prospects
- Creating a solid yearly plan for your own territory.
- Winning, keeping and growing customers in order to create and maintain a long term relationship with customers.
- Identifying potential new business.
- Managing existing accounts.
- Reporting on your day to day actions
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
You will have;
- A strong understanding of the Agricultural sector.
- Experience selling
- A proven track record of your sales success.
- Experience selling on Farm.
- Field Sales Experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- A willingness to travel.
Salary Package: The role will have a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
