Office Manager - South Buckinghamshire £40k Basic!!

The Job Role Overview:

This rapidly exciting and growing company are looking to recruit a new Office Manager to oversee the day to day running of a small team. The ideal candidate must have fantastic communication skills both written and verbally, excellent time management and impeccable organisational skills with a good ability to think on your feet with good attention to detail. Initiative and efficiency is a must!

You will be working in a dynamic and fast passed environment helping to implement and execute new systems and processes. As the company grows, the role will continue to evolve covering all aspects of the business administration. This may include managing contracts for subcontractors, employee queries, inspection reports, credit cards, assets and much more. This is an exciting and varied role.

Candidates must be confident in their own ability to oversee and manage an admin and co-ordination team, delegate tasks and follow up on tasks issued.

Experience within HR, payroll, managing office procedures, IR35, contract administration, ideally Xero software experience are preferable.

Key skills:

Ability to manage and organise the busy office administration workload.

Approachable and has a strong problem-solving attitude.

Knowledge of Microsoft including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Previous experience as an Office Manager is a MUST.

Ability and willingness to use own initiative and be proactive is required.

The ability to manage a range of HR duties including recruiting staff, staff appraisals and employment contracts

Further opportunity to grow social media presence.

Documenting client work flows, allocating work to staff, maintaining and monitoring job progress and managing the turnaround times on each job.

Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. A tenacious person with a team player attitude would be great!

This is an incredibly varied Office Managers role where you will be the go-to person in the office, so it's important that you are able to work autonomously and juggle multiple tasks! Is this you?

5 days a week, with a possible one day working from home with some flexibility for family commitments if required.

Salary: £40K Basic (To be negotiated)
