​Operations Manager - Berkshire

The Job Role:
We are looking for Operations Manager for our Berkshire branch. A great opportunity awaits someone wishing to deal with the farming and fencing community, seeking challenges every day without repetition, working in a rural environment.

The Company:
McVeigh Parker farm and fencing suppliers have 8 branches nationwide and are currently considering an Assistant Branch Manager role. You will be providing on site operational leadership and accountability for our Berkshire branch

Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our branch Manager to ensure we provide a seamless service to our customers, focusing on branch sales and deliveries, customer retention and development of new markets. Part of the role will include transport management, including organising day to day deliveries, training will be given if required.

Candidate Requirements:
You will enjoy working directly with customers, be an excellent team worker, be highly motivated to increase sales and improve productivity, whilst supporting the branch to conform to all aspects of health and safety.
