Location of the Job: South East of England - Kent, West Sussex, East Sussex, Berkshire.
Salary and Benefits Package:
A basic salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per year depending on experience.

This is a permanent, full-time position.
Working hours at 8am - 5pm.
Monday- Friday
30 minutes lunch break.
Saturday morning work on a rostered basis.

The Job Role Details:
A fantastic opportunity has now become available within a well-established, very successful and busy agricultural machinery dealership looking after the parts department.
This is a great opportunity for somebody wanting to start or develop their working career within an agricultural machinery company.
Ideally you will have a sound knowledge of agriculture. However, if you have the ability to learn fast, think quickly and thrive under pressure with transferable skills from a similar industry then you will also be considered for this position.
Additional training both in-house and by manufacturers will be provided.
This position may also interest you if you come from a background working with JCB, construction or ground care equipment - which are all growing sectors within this business.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
Deal with all customer enquiries, by phone, email and face to face - in the workshop or over the counter.
Process customer orders accordingly.
Ensure customers are kept up to date.
Provide first class customer service.
Ensure accuracy and make sure that processes are followed.
As part of the team, help to ensure that the parts shop is both well stocked and in a clean presentable condition.
Carry out all associated task regarding both goods receiving / goods-in and despatch.
Assist with the management of the stock which will include parts being put away and unloaded and stock-taking.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be:
Sound knowledge of the agricultural, construction, garden machinery or groundcare industries.
Highly motivated.
A dynamic learner, able to up-sell.
IT literate.
Excellent customer service and customer facing skills.
Within half an hour commuting distance of the depot.
