Precision Farm Specialist – Agricultural Technology
Location of the Job: Ireland, Nationwide.

The Job Role details: Due to the success and rapid growth of this business, my client is now seeking an experienced Precision Farm Specialist to cover Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
You will;
Be customer focused and provide support to farmers already using precision farming tools or support farmers who are about to start using this equipment.
Promote these software platforms and support customers who already use these platforms.
Prepare prescription maps.
Offer technical support and installation of software products across the whole of Ireland.
Develop and expand the product range.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
You will have / be;
An agricultural / engineering qualification or equivalent.
Good understanding and experience working in the vegetable and tillage sector.
Experience travelling and working abroad.
A strong technical background in machinery with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial environment.
A strong knowledge and background in the Agricultural Machinery.
A competent and confident machinery operator.
Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work using your own initiative.
Experience with precision farming technology - either working on a farm or in a commercial environment.
Experience outside of Ireland is essential either on a farm or commercial environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience installing electrical or hydraulic equipment would be highly advantageous.
Additional Information: This is a permanent full-time position.
Salary package:€27,000 to €34,000 basic salary per year depending on experience.
Plus Benefits: Company vehicle, phone and laptop.
